  I recently purchased an Exmark Lazer Z E-Series from Advanced Mower in Bessemer and had an excellent experience from the first phone call through the follow-up after the sale. I called looking for a specific mower, and they had exactly what I wanted in stock. Steve was very helpful and worked with me on the price, including making sure I was able to take advantage of a rebate being offered on the mower. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was ready to go. The paperwork was already printed and waiting for my signature, the mower was clean and fully fueled, and they had it sitting in the service bay ready for me. The service team took the time to walk me through the entire mower, including its operation, features, and maintenance requirements, and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left. They also gave me an Advanced Mower hat, an Exmark hat, and two Exmark shirts. Once everything was finished, they loaded the mower onto my trailer for me. I was in and out in less than an hour, which made the entire purchase incredibly easy. What really stood out was what happened about a week later. A package arrived at our house welcoming us as a new customer. Inside was a really nice stainless steel Exmark and Advanced Mower coffee mug filled with some excellent cookies. It was completely unexpected and a genuinely nice touch. From the initial phone call to the purchase itself and even the follow-up afterward, the customer service was outstanding. I’m very pleased with my Exmark and the entire buying experience. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Mower in Bessemer.

  Great and Amazing servirce 100% better and faster than Bob's Power Equipment, they said my generator isn't working anymore BUT ADVANCED MOWER FIXED, Austin is the man.

  I would like to thank the guys at Advance Mower for taking care of me on my new purchase. I was greeted with courtesy and respect and not treated like someone wasting their time. I’m comparing this to the way I was treated at the exmark dealer in Pelham where I wasn’t even greeted. The guys at Advanced were very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing a new 48” Radius S-Series, and I’m enjoying it so far.
