- JWJacob WilsonJun 25, 20263.0So far a little bit miffed. Staff has been friendly when i can reach someone, but I placed an order on 6/20 and have still not had anyone reach out to schedule a delivery date. I know it may not be a smart purchase, but some communication and clear delivery times are sorely missing.
- ANAurora NouvelleMay 25, 20265.0Kassandra was absolutely amazing and provided good customer service. I just moved from Texas and needed something for a couple months. She was amazing and assisted with all questions
- TOTeresa OliverMay 12, 20202.0Great place to get started when trying to start over they even have aarons insurance in case life situations happenings. But please don't count on them going above and beyond to set it up smh. My husband lost his job during the Covid-19 was told to make a payment in march so that they could start paperwork for insurance then once he found another job then we could make our last 2 payments. Well i still received phone calls "when are you going to be able to make a payment". Then my hours were cut had a letter but since I still had an income they could do me a favor and push my payment back till july REALLY! NEVER missed a month of paying may have been late always paid late fees and paid by the month. I will not be using bessemer again would rather deal with rent a center if im going to be harassed over 2 payments js Then no one in the store knows the policy cause I was told several different LIES.
- RERita EllingtonDec 22, 20175.0I have done business with this location for years. Great people. I would highly recommend them. I had credit issues but wanted nice things. They were very helpful. My place is beautiful. Thank you Britney.
