It is very annoying to be asked if I want to apply for a Lowe's credit card every time I'm in this store. If I wanted one, I know how to ask. Stop with the hassle. Makes me want to avoid Lowe's.

I came to pick up a online order, I went to the Pro desk, and no one was at the desk. after 10 min. I asked the casher to request someone to come to the pro desk she did. I waited about 20 min., and no one showed up I asked the casher if anyone was working the desk, she informed me the people working the desk was on the forklift moving things. I again asked the casher if there was anyone that could help me with the online order.
She then told me that I could go to the online desk to inquire about my order. why didn't she say that in the first place, I had been standing by the Pro Desk for more than 30 mins.
I went to the area she pointed out, and a young gentleman took care of me without any problems. I parked after loading my items. I came back in the store to find a refrigerator ice maker hose. I went to the plumbing isle to get the item I had looked up online. a worker asked if I needed any help, I told him what I was looking for he told me the item was out of stock in the plumbing isle but there was some in appliances, so I went to appliances there was no one there so I looked around and found the hose.
I asked a worker that showed up if they had a fitting to adapt the hose to fit my refrigerator and they said I would have to go to the plumbing isle; I went back and tried to find the fitting. The areas were so screwed up it was unreal nothing was in the spots assigned, It was like finding a needle two haystacks.
I gave up on the hose and went to the Pro Desk again to see if I could get some concrete put in my van on a palette by a fork lift I was told I would be charged for the Pallet $25.00 nonrefundable. so I asked if they could load it for me as I have a spinal injury, I was told the pallet of concrete was sitting by the interest door.
I asked if someone could load it and was told they would try to find someone. I had already paid for it. I went to get my Van and when I pulled up to get it a worker just showed up and asked if he could help me and he loaded it for me. I spent more than 2 HRS trying to find items' or trying to get assistance, this was the worst experience I have ever had in Lowes. I will be canceling my Lowe's card. I will be only shopping at the Home Depot.
