Long story short, I ordered a freezer, a large freezer, that was supposed to arrive within 2 to 2 and 1/2 weeks. The freezer did not arrive on its scheduled date, and when I used their AI phone services I did not get any any assist. When I spoke with staff I was told it would take 5 weeks and sorry. When I spoke with a manager, he couldn't help with my order, but he could offer a "screaming deal on a tiny freezer" Now I am freezer less and I have nowhere to store my fish. I would not advise anyone buy any appliances through Lowe's, specifically the one in Wasilla and especially if you need it in a timely manner or at least a reasonable time. And no, two to five weeks is not a reasonable time period beyond the scheduled order date. If you don't have the inventory don't sell the appliance. And no this isn't the first time Lowe's has done this to me but it's going to be the last.

We really liked Dan (Santa). Extremely helpful. I had a terrible experience the first time but Dan changed that the second time. Would recommend seeking out staff for help and advice.

Purchased new washer and dryer. The delivery service was horrible. Showed up with no tools, destroyed the laundry room. Left off trim and honestly I would question if it does not end up leaking.
They had to leave to go get tools and come back. Wanted to reschedule for a couple days, so they could get tools. They must have forgot they work for Lowe’s who has an assortment of tools.
They left a huge mess and water all over. Those were the washer and dryer when they left to get tools.
I would highly not recommend Lowe’s. Had to be one of the most unprofessional jobs that I have witnessed.

The Lowe's store in Wasilla is a great store so well stocked. So many helpful staff members in all departments. Al helped get my insulation ordered last time I was in the store . The young lady at the return desk did a great job helping me return a broken table saw. The crew in flooring Mary and another fellow helped me put together a bunch of stuff and got me checked out at their desk . They also helped pick out a different saw to replace the bad one and a little lady in tool world helped me get the saw and even pushed one of my carts to the pickup desk to get my insulation. The young lady with the burnt arm helped chase down my order and grabbed Anthony to find it when it wouldn't come up 2 different ways that she tried. She also did the flagging for Anthony on the forklift. Great crew all across the store. Thank you all for all of your great help. I will be back. I'm sure someone will pick on you guys for something that went wrong but all I experienced was an entire crew dedicated to really listening and doing their best to help IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE THANKS TEAM!!!

Kenneth , Kaitlyn and sally were all amazing today. Kenneth stepped up and helped me find all the items on my shopping list, even pushing cart! When they didn’t have an item in Kaitlyn’s dept she stepped up to help find a substitute item. Sally at checkout was so friendly and informative. I always dread going to this store because service is lacking but today they knocked it out of the park! Thank you 3 !
