What a nightmare. I purchased a Hisense refrigerator and unfortunately it does not work. Called Hisense and they stated we have No one in Alaska to service the appliance.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Did call your toll-free number, went to an offshore person who had no clue what to do. The recording started at the end of your call please take our three minute survey. What a joke. She didn't know how to hang up the phone for the survey to prompt me in taking it.

If you buy an appliance you have 48 hours to return it. I bought a brand new Samsung stove that was delivered while I was camping got home and found it was broken. Lowes told me since I waited till the following morning they would not exchange the item.
Response to Lowes: I did contact the number and asked for a case to open. After 4 hours on the phone I was told they would contact me within 24hours. I was never contacted then my warranty claim was canceled. So I threw the Samsung into the transfer site after a weel and bought an in-stock range and oven from home depot

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
