I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
My range arrived damaged after already being 17 days late. I contacted the Fairbanks location less than 24 hours after delivery to report the damage and get a replacement. Brandon and the Fairbanks location entered the replacement incorrectly, and I am now the one dealing with the consequences of their mistake.
I also have timestamped photos documenting the condition of the range at delivery, as well as recorded phone calls documenting my conversations and what I was told throughout this process. There is a clear record of when the damage was reported and how this situation has been handled.
When I called again trying to get this resolved, I informed Brandon that I was recording the call so I would have documentation of what was being promised regarding the replacement. He hung up on me.
For clarity: I did not cuss, yell, or become verbally abusive. Was my patience extremely thin? Absolutely. I directly called out the lack of accountability because I was repeatedly dealing with adults passing the buck instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem.
Approximately 10 minutes later, the gentleman called me back. There is still no solution. He stated that he needs to look into a few things and will call me back again. I appreciate that he called back, but at this point, a callback and another promise to investigate does not change the fact that I still have a damaged range and no confirmed replacement.
This should have been simple: the range arrived damaged, I reported it within 24 hours, and a replacement should have been processed correctly. Instead, I have been given the runaround while employees avoid accountability for errors that occurred on their end.
The lack of professionalism, communication, and ownership has been significant. After a 17-day-late delivery, a damaged appliance, an incorrectly processed replacement, being hung up on, and multiple calls trying to resolve this, I STILL have a damaged range sitting in my home and no actual real solution.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking this company to take responsibility for its mistakes and replace the damaged range I received in an acceptable amount of time (not another month).
I will update this review when I actually receive a solution. Until then, everything stated here remains an honest account of my experience, supported by timestamped photos and recorded calls on my phone.
