- JBJazon BurnellSep 5, 20235.0Have used Ship Creek Storage for both item and vehicle storage and have been very happy. Recently I moved my car back to my place before the end of the month intending to cancel storage and forgot to do so before I saw the bill that happens at start of month. "Oops oh well" I thought. But they noticed I removed the car, emailed to ask if I still wanted the spot, I said no and they refunded the charge for the month, all without me ever even asking. Can't imagine better customer service than that.
