  This place is completely dishonest. I brought in my vacuum cleaner thinking it had a mechanical issue. Instead of doing the right thing and actually checking something basic, they claimed it needed a motor replacement and charged me $105. Come to find out later—there was NOTHING wrong with the vacuum. It was a simple button setting (floor vs. carpet) that controls whether the roller spins. That’s it. No broken motor. No repair needed. So either they don’t know what they’re doing, or they knowingly charged me for work that wasn’t necessary. Either way, that’s unacceptable. AND NO THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE MOTER ……… They did a quick “inspection,” called me the next day with a bill, and never once explained the real issue. No transparency. No honesty. Just took my money. I trusted them, and I feel completely taken advantage of. If you value your time and money, take your appliances somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  I’m very disappointed with the service. I requested a repair for my washing machine and was given an incorrect diagnosis. If I hadn’t gotten a second opinion, I would have paid an arm and a leg for unnecessary work. This experience has seriously affected my trust in your company.

  This is apparently the only place in town that sells oven heating elements anymore, among other things. I paid just shy of $60 for the exact fit part, when most parts warehouses online want anywhere from $75 to $120 plus shipping for the same thing. The gentleman I talked to was able to look it up by part number, saved me from having to go without an oven for a week or more. He was courteous and professional, and held the part for me until I was able to get there. If I could give ten stars, I would. Definitely going to go here for all my appliance parts needs from now on!

  I pretty randomly selected these guys to come check out my broken washing machine today. They came same day right in the one hour timeframe that they gave me, and were able to fix it/replace parts. Also of note, is that it was in a tiny, cramped, dusty space and they didn’t complain or make me feel awkward about it at all. The price was great too. $134 for service and replacing 2 parts after a little over an hour of work. Highly recommend.
