We called because we needed a key to get in and start the car. They told us that $160 was okay because that's all we had. Tech get there unlocks the door. Leaves the alarm on and takes off with our $160. No key. We could've unlocked the door ourselves for free. We were still stranded now with an unlocked car and no key fob to turn the alarm off. Or turn the car on. We called they played the call back. The call was very confusing but it was said that we needed a fob to turn the ignition. They refuse to give our money back. Who pays $160 just to open the car door?
- RRRobertApr 3, 20191.0Key blanks have a badly designed deadstop, meaning all three keys insert 15mm too far into the lock and will not function unless pulled partway out. Wanted 2 keys but the machine made 3. Do yourself a favor and visit the keymaker at any hardware store instead.
