Charlie was fair and the quality of his work is the highest. After a small misunderstanding, Charlie proved himself a man of integrity. His character matches the excellence of his work. I would highly recommend his company for all your tree needs!
- JSJennifer SprinkleAug 7, 20205.0UPDATE: As of August 24, they had made the repairs to my curb. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars! Thankfully I did not use their service but sadly a neighbor did. Once finished, instead of using the court adjacent to my home to turn their truck and trailer, they instead opted to do a u-turn. While doing the u-turn, the truck drove through my yard, rutting out my yard and shattering the concrete curb at the corner of my yard. We have made attempts to contact owner repeatedly who ignores and does not return our calls. Obviously he has no interest in holding his employees accountable nor fixing the damage his employees did. I would recommend anyone considering using this service go elsewhere as they obviously lack professionalism and common courtesy!
