When my husband, David and I moved here to Wichita Falls six years ago we purchased a refrigerator as well as flowers for the landscape for our home, which was about $400 as well as a back door and front door as well. Two months ago I purchased a genie garage their whole system they installer came and then left. We had to call the installer back again. We had a new installer the installer told my husband that the wiring was wrong so a month later I backed into the garage after grocery shopping, came in the kitchen, walked out. It was a fire. The genie system had a little fire. It could’ve been a big fire, but my husband got the fire extinguisher. We called not 911 the fire department man that was ahead of it that came into the garage went upstairs to the attic came down and then he told my husband and I that the unit was faulty and to get a hold new system put in by Lowe’s. I went the same day. Everyone was busy. It was a Monday and they were all doing inventory. I finally talked to the manager. He said he would get back the next day. A lady called Kyla called and gave a number to call. I called it twice. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. today is Thursday. I’m gonna have to call again or walk in there if it’s possible if Marlon Edison will call me the CEO company of Lowe’s or someone in his office they could get this done or are one of the bikahunas from Dallas.
You’re a gentleman should make it easy on the ladies that purchase the items or customers that come into shop that’s all I’m asking that is not too hard. Hope this turns out well for me and my husband. David been two weeks haven’t heard from anyone at the Dallas corporation office I called myself. I didn’t get any feedback I will tell you more Whoever. This may concern we need a refund out, go elsewhere.

Slowest check out I have ever experinced. Gentleman in line 1st had product without bar code . Checker kept saying I don't know what it is to look up. Finally I think she just gave it to him after approximately 15 minutes. Then my turn and all she had to do after charging me was to count out my change and that took at least 2 min to get the dollar bills out of register. Husband had already made it to truck before she finished So sad for a Sat morning
