Very good company to do business with. Sam and Melinda were extremely accomidating by coming back to my house the second time so I was sure on the color of shade I had settled for. Cassidy let me know when my order was sent to factory, when it was being sent back and when it arrived. They are a remarkable team. I would like to finish by saying they never once tried to pressure me which made it an enjoyable event.

Paul and Miguel came out to install the blinds. They were on time efficient and clean with their work. They also paired everything to my Lutron app instead of the remotes for us as well, great service all around. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of East Texas for motorized shades and blinds.

The best way to describe my experience with Budget Blinds is a ‘Job Well Done’ from beginning to end. It all started with a home visit with Laura, the design consultant. Laura drove an hour away loaded with every sample of window treatment that one could imagine and an unbelievable knowledge of every product. We discussed which window treatments I was looking for and Laura gave me which options will look and work best for my application. Laura even suggested a mix of shades and shutters in the master bedroom that I would have never thought of. Laura then flawlessly measured every window that would receive shutters or shades. Once production was complete the installation experts, Miguel and Paul delivered and installed everything doing a fantastic job. There was also an unforeseen issue with shelving in the pantry that would encroach on the shutter frame that was being installed. It would take some thought and ingenuity to resolve which Miguel and Paul did a fantastic job doing. Once the installation was complete they installed a home automation system on my mobile device so all shades can be controlled from one place. I also would like to thank Cassidy who kept me informed on the production of the shades and shutters and for also handling all the scheduling. Thanks again for such great experience with Budget Blinds!
