R.Mar 11, 20261.0Im usually not the one to write reviews, but tonight after going into Lowes to purchase tile, after I paid i Asked the associate if she could call someone to help me load the boxes on to my truck, she did call twice, and no one came, I went to asked her again, she called and still no one came, after standing outside, having no idea how long I waited, a customer walking out asked if I needed help, I told him that i was waiting on someone, but he took it among himself to help me, anyways, I really appreciated his help if it would've been for him god knows how long I would have been there WAITING.... I DONT KNIW WHY HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB, ITS A WAIST OF MONEY AND TIME, Im from Weslaco but I think from now on im taking my business else where..

It's a night and day difference of cleanliness and customer service. The store wasn't busy, there were a lot of employees just standing around, and once I did get help the associate seemed uninterested to help, look up inventory, or even had an idea about what products were on the sales floor. I'm a Lowe's loyal customer, and I have been for years this experience won't change that, but I know for sure I won't be back at this store.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
