- ASAnalisa SalinasMay 19, 20252.0The place itself is nice and I felt comfortable leaving my things in storage but I was erroneously charged an additional monthly fee even though I turned in lock and keys weeks in advance and they "removed" my bank account information so that I wouldn't be charged. Well after midnight on the first of the month I was charged and several months later as of today, May 19, I have not been reimbursed. I have called several times and am told that they will send me the email with the refund information and I never received it. I let two weeks pass and tried calling today and their number is no longer in service! They owe me a refund.
