  I bought 2 chairs from La-Z-Boy. One of the chairs was broken when it was delivered. It was making a lot of noise as it went down. I called the store the next morning. They spoke to the store, and they were going to bring me a chair a week later. A week later, they showed up and said they could not exchange it because I had dog hair on the chair. I called customer services, upset, and no one returned my call. I called 2 more times, and all I was getting was that they would return my call in 24 to 48 hours, and no call. I called the store, and the Manager said he could not help and I would have to call customer service, but if customer service doesn't call me, get back with him. I called customer service, and 6 days later, they have not called back. I called the manager, and he sent an email to Yoland. She called, claiming they cannot fix my chair because of dog hair, and she never told me about it. I got this chair for my wife. At that time, she was starting CANCER KEMO. She has stage 3c, and I was trying to make her as comfortable as I could. Since we bought the chair, and now she is going HOPIC. Yoland at La-Z-Boy told me my wife is not dying. I was never told to clean the dog hair off my chair, so I can get it fixed. WHAT MAKES ME SO MAD IS THAT LAZIER BOY AND YOLAND ARE MAKING THIS CHAIR ISSUE SO BIG. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY DON'T CARE, JUST TO DO THEIR WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Very overpriced and saleswoman ignored us as soon as she figured out we really meant what we said we were looking for.

  We own 6 pieces of La-Z-Boy furniture and have been happy with all but one piece that has cushion damage from shipping. Unfortunately I will not buy another piece due to the horrible support and lack of communication by this company. Customer Service will not answer their phones, return calls, or respond to emails. Of course they were quick to block and repairs once their delays pushed daya past our cushion warranty date. I have tried communicating through the retail store who has been helpful, but they too are unable to get a response from the Customer Service and Corporate Services Teams. Very disappointing considering the cost of this furniture. I would avoid their products unless it is something where quality and support is not a concern.

  We bought 2 La-Z-Boy rocker-recliner chairs in Aug, 2025. They are comfortable, however, not as comfortable as the display chairs. We're getting used to them and they're working out. One thing I'm so disappointed in, was NO armrest or a head covers to protect the fabric. I'm not sure if I was supposed to add them to my order as those items were never mentioned one way or another, the opportunity was never made. Next time, I'll do much more shopping around instead of looking just at La-Z-Boy. Very disappointed with those missed items.

  We bought our last LZBY recliners around 2001. They lasted 2 years. Real garbage construction and materials with service to match. I never shopped there since and never will in the future. Go to Living Spaces instead.
