  Went looking around at a few furniture stores and was very pleased with my experience at Star. They have a great selection, quality products, reasonable prices, and everything on display is in stock. My consultant, Mr. Bobby, was amazing. He guided us towards what we were looking for, showed us options, answered what questions we had, let us roam around unbothered, checked on us occasionally, and did not pressure one bit. We exchanged information and went on our way. After taking some time to ponder things we settled on Star. When I walked in Mr. Bobby remembered my name. I was surprised because it had been about a month, or longer, since we visited the store. I let him know the two options we narrowed down, he informed me of a new arrival that was in the category of what we were looking for, and then he patiently assisted in helping me come to a final decision. From understanding my space, measuring, talking through each piece as it pertained to my space, to finally crunching the numbers; for all three sets (with and without options-customizing for my space and budget.) Mr. Bobby made my experience smooth and stress free (as I have trouble making decisions.) Delivery options were fast and convenient. My entire experience at star was exceptional.

  Maria was so helpful. Just tell her what you want and she will show you several options. We bought a couch and two chairs. We were looking for a recliner but couldn’t find the right one. She went above and beyond by saying that she knows what we want and will keep looking for something and will give us a call. Great quality furniture and great service.

  I haven’t been to a Star Furniture store in years. I was greeted by Mr Bobby Sharp and he let us browse then came to check on us. He is very kind and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. Great experience with the staff. Beautiful furniture here on the Gulf Freeway

  Laura was great. She has so much experience and knows where everything is. She is very intuitive as far as reading us as to what we were interested in. Rare to find a salesperson with her great attitude, humor, and helpfulness. We came in just to check out the selection of area rugs and ended up buying 2! We are NOT impulse buyers but she was so good at finding us great options we jumped right on then. Thanks, Laura! We will return for some furniture for our new home soon.

  Our sales guy, Henry, could not have been more perfect. He was knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. We are building a new home and have been shopping for months trying to decide what we wanted. Henry helped us coordinate enough furniture to get us started. We bought 3 bedroom sets, 2 mattresses, a dining table with 8 chairs, and a beautiful leather sectional. All of the furniture is high quality. Star does not sell junk. The showroom floor in Webster is massive. I can’t wait to have it in our new home. When you go there, ask for Henry.
