    DO NOT ORDER ON-LINE…. (Order#WLP2097113) purchased the Chlor Boost 1lb on line. After making purchase I call the store to confirm they received my order which the associate confirmed they have and would be filling with no issues. Shortly thereafter I received an email stated my order was ready for pickup. Due to my working schedule I called the store the next day asking if it would be an issue if I picked it up two or three days later… associate reassured me it would be no issue stated there policy was to hold for a week. Five days from original order I tried to pickup and found Leslie’s had sold my order to someone else and was no longer available due to being out of inventory. Week later I received an email from the costumer care representative Katelyn S. apologizing and adding $20 worth of reward pool perks to my account, it was appreciated. However, I still have no Chlor Boost (shock) and will be more costly to purchase. NOTE: not sure how long this review will be assessable before it is deleted, last one was removed by I’m assuming the store manager. (Interesting to refund my money the store ran it through to show I had picked up my order! Then credited my account. 7/8/2025 Contacted Leslie's as they suggested (email) with no further resolution given.

    First time pool owner. Vitto and Stephanie are friendly and extremely helpful. Every time I come in they patiently answer all my questions. So thankful for their help.

    I give this because there are not negative ratings having a commercial account and be treated like a no one is sad how can contractors trust leslie's pools when their workers don't know what they are doing and treat us bad by the way her name is Alexandria L. Check on her and train better your employees at least to be nice since they don't know what they are doing
