  DO NOT ORDER ON-LINE…. (Order#WLP2097113) purchased the Chlor Boost 1lb on line. After making purchase I call the store to confirm they received my order which the associate confirmed they have and would be filling with no issues. Shortly thereafter I received an email stated my order was ready for pickup. Due to my working schedule I called the store the next day asking if it would be an issue if I picked it up two or three days later… associate reassured me it would be no issue stated there policy was to hold for a week. Five days from original order I tried to pickup and found Leslie’s had sold my order to someone else and was no longer available due to being out of inventory. Week later I received an email from the costumer care representative Katelyn S. apologizing and adding $20 worth of reward pool perks to my account, it was appreciated. However, I still have no Chlor Boost (shock) and will be more costly to purchase. NOTE: not sure how long this review will be assessable before it is deleted, last one was removed by I’m assuming the store manager. (Interesting to refund my money the store ran it through to show I had picked up my order! Then credited my account. 7/8/2025 Contacted Leslie's as they suggested (email) with no further resolution given.

  This Leslie's! Let me tell you first that I have been to so many other locations. I have yet to come across a great employee until now! Christopher Cox was a well educated and helpful young man! I came in with questions about my pool and what was happening. He guided me to the right chemicals and the right procedure to take care of my pool! Now, my pool looks like the first day I bought my home. Thank you.

  Vitto is such a blessing to this Leslie's location! He goes above and beyond every time he helps us find exactly what we are looking for! We cant thank him enough!

  This location has THE best customer service and knowledgeable employees. These guys know just about anything there is about pools, how they work, which products do best with each type system. Luke is a rock star in my opinion. None of the other locations in the entire area have the service of this one.
