  We bought 2 La-Z-Boy rocker-recliner chairs in Aug, 2025. They are comfortable, however, not as comfortable as the display chairs. We're getting used to them and they're working out. One thing I'm so disappointed in, was NO armrest or a head covers to protect the fabric. I'm not sure if I was supposed to add them to my order as those items were never mentioned one way or another, the opportunity was never made. Next time, I'll do much more shopping around instead of looking just at La-Z-Boy. Very disappointed with those missed items.

  We bought our last LZBY recliners around 2001. They lasted 2 years. Real garbage construction and materials with service to match. I never shopped there since and never will in the future. Go to Living Spaces instead.

  Charlie is the coolest older dude I've meet in a long time. He's was actually born same year my older brother was. That man knows his stuff and he's so fun. Told him I loved the Beatles, he said not him. We are very pleased how knowledgeable Charlie is.

  Could not have been better, what a pleasure for sure. We’d proffer a hundred stars instead of just 5, from our very good Salesperson Larry to Jenny, not to mention the Super delivery personnel too. From beginning to completion we are overjoyed from the experience. Thank everyone for this. And how is the furniture you may inquire? The Best , well made comfortable and Beautiful.Super Terrific !!!

  We purchased what was supposed to be a premium recliner for my husband in September, and it has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with any furniture company. Lazyboy in Webster. TX. This chair was specifically purchased because we needed a quality chair for a XL man. The chair started having problems in less than two months. Customer service was extremely difficult to deal with, and getting someone out here was a nightmare. It was a third party which we were told only Lazyboy would service. We were later told because of our ZIP Code they couldn’t. After the first attempt of a third party repair service and fighting with Lazyboy management and customer service we finally got Lazyboy tech to come out to look at the chair.. The technician couldn’t fix it, so they scheduled a pickup and took the chair to their shop for a few days. Now that it’s finally ready, they tell us it will be another week before they can deliver it back. No concern at all that my husband depends on this chair daily. The warranty they promise in the store has been misleading, and every department store manager, customer service, warranty has been dismissive and unhelpful. We have had to call repeatedly You’re paying for the name only, not the quality and certainly not the service. This is what happened in our case. We will never purchase from La-Z-Boy again. But we are stuck with this purchase. They absolutely are disappointment and took the joy out of a premium purchase made with our hard earned money. I hope this review makes it to customer service escalations because I never could get them to put me through to someone that may have been able to save us all this grief and really should’ve either sent out a new chair without making us go through this unnecessary hassle and inconvenience or said come back in and select another one. They weren’t interested in making the customer happy and knowing that they made the right choice when they chose their store to make their premium purchase.
