  OMG Esme thank you for all your help. this store has always being one of my favorite crafting stores the selection they offer is always maintained and organized their costumer service is also very kind n welcoming. However i just want to let management know they have a young lady by the name of Esme red hair piercing that goes out of her way to help and make the shopping experience at hobby lobby that much better. Sometime in June i came in ask if i could get help with flowers they had no one in the department. Esme was in the register couple minuts later she was pushing a card n came over apologized for the lack of help n made sure we got the items we need 👌. This week we came in to get out Christmas items try to get help with pillows in the top wall waited for about 30 min no help came. On our way out we run into Esme. She remembered us and when in told us she would meet us at the wall got us the pillows we need and Garland. The is amazing thank you Esme foe for your help

  I want to start by saying, I have never written a bad review in my entire life.. but my experience at the Webster Hobby Lobby today while I was making a return had me feeling like I was a criminal or in trouble for returning what didn’t work for me. I was working on a very large project and over a month I probably made over $1,000 in purchases and I had various “leftovers” I needed to return. I had it all in 1 bag and had 3 receipts (I was missing 1). I started out by telling the older cashier Elma that was going to help me: “I’m sorry this may be a little complicated I have multiple receipts and I think I’m missing 1.” I emptying my bag in the counter and come to realize that one of the natural floral items had left a bunch of little pieces on a candle I was trying to return and she immediately scolded me on how I had ruined the candle and not to do that and I said ok no problem it was an accident. If I couldn’t return the candle i understand. Then she starts looking for my items in the receipts and the first item she grabbed she couldn’t find in the receipt (I’m convinced that it was checked out incorrectly in the first place) and she says “women you didn’t bring the right receipts.” As she was not joking, this honestly offended me for her to speak to me and call me “women”. The overall experience was horrible and I was dreading making the return in the first place because I have anxiety. I feel like Miss Elma should not be on the returns because her customer service is lacking.
