The office was clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything you might need—boxes, packing supplies, and more. The property itself is just as neat and secure, which really gives you peace of mind when storing your things. Elizabeth and Lanie are absolutely fantastic! They’re friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to answer every question. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s not often you find a team this helpful and a facility this well kept. Extra Space Storage on Highway 3 is definitely an asset to Webster and the surrounding area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing storage—five stars all the way!
