  The business response will be useless like their driver's. I paid the delivery fee and they couldn't even put together my furniture.. WOW!! I unwrapped the furniture myself but they didn't even try!!! There's a reason why this store and the so many compliments filed with the Better Business Bureau!! I ordered sofas and when the driver's delivered the items they were damaged so they took the items back to the store. I then received another set but they were used or floor models which I paid for new furniture not used furniture. One of the delivery driver's was unprofessional and inappropriate with me which was captured on my cameras. I called the store and spoke with Jamie who is rude and was unsympathetic but they did issue a refund. I still needed furniture so I decided to order online and when the furniture arrived it was too big for my space but the driver's didn't even unwrap the couches. I went into the store to pay for the exchange and Patrick told me they would take care of it within 2 days. I then received a call from Addison informing me that if I wanted an exchange or refund I need to bring the items back to the store. He or She told me this was due to the driver "incident" which wasn't my fault and that I couldn't shop at AFW. Whatever. So wait their driver is inappropriate with me and made me uncomfortable (NO APOLOGY provided by AFW BTW) and now I can't exchange a couch um okay!! Funny how this reason wasn't mentioned in AFW's reply to the BBB. I will take the items back and get my refund from this unprofessional staff.

  The experience at American home Furniture could not have been any better! Jessie was our salesman and did a wonderful job; very knowledgeable and professional. As promised, the delivery was right on time this morning and Michael and Trent made the delivery. They were very friendly and very professional. All three of these men are a real credit to the company. Please count my wife and I very satisfied customers!

  My entire experience was fantastic! I knew what I wanted for a dinning set and came with the SKU so that did made it easier. The salesman Efren and the delivery team were professional, efficient, personable. The delivery itself went great. I highly recommend this furniture store. I like going in and not feeling harassed by the sales staff. I will be a repeat customer.

  I’m currently renovating my home and visited American Warehouse Furniture (AWF) on Presidents Day ready to make a purchase. The salesperson was excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Based on that experience, we purchased a $5,000 Italian leather sectional and a $600 bed for our child. We were told AWF does not offer delivery, but that we could rent a van for $20. We arranged transportation and carefully brought the sectional home. Once we unwrapped and positioned the sectional, we noticed a few small punctures on the back panel of the corner piece. We immediately contacted AWF. To their credit, they sent a technician to inspect it. The technician agreed the punctures were present and also identified what appeared to be a separate manufacturer defect. He even attempted to process a return/exchange while at our home. Unfortunately, the request was denied by someone over the phone who never saw the couch in person. The reason given was that since AWF did not deliver it, the damage “could have been caused by us.” That assumption is both disappointing and insulting — especially after their own technician acknowledged the defects. When you spend over $5,000 on a “premium Italian leather” sectional, you expect the company to stand behind the product, not default to blaming the customer. I was fully prepared to continue furnishing my home through AWF. However, based on how this was handled, I will not be spending another dollar there unless management steps in to make this right. Update: 2/27/26 AFW contacted me after this review. They are working to make this right and ship out a replacement piece. Glad to see they care and that they are willing to make this right.

  Best furniture place around. We dont even shop at other places now. Huge selection, most items seem to be in-stock and able to be picked up immediately. The prices cant be beat. As in, we've never found a lower price for anything that they sell. We even bought a bunch of Ashley furniture items that were literally triple the price at the "Ashley Furniture Warehouse" store. I couldn't believe that our couch was $4000 more at the Ashley store for the exact same thing! And they would have taken 10 days and $150 to deliver it. AFW had it in stock and we drove home with it same day. Do yourself a favor and save a bunch of time and money by going here first.
