  American Furniture Warehouse Webster gets a 10 from me across the board!!! From the showroom to the delivery everything was top tier!!! The consultants are extremely knowledgeable and very patient, I shall return for all my furniture needs and I will refer to family and friends.

  My partner had a couch from here and it went to shit! They claimed customer service would help, but they never did! We had to dump it because it broke and they wouldn’t fix it! It was ridiculous! So y’all’s furniture may be good at the moment, but when it fails don’t count on them fixing it because they will make excuses or even blame you for that cheap furniture. I’m sure they delete honest messages like this to keep their reputation, but I am recording this as I’m typing to make it known on social media that they aren’t honest! AFW gets cheap furniture and sells it yes! They claim there’s a warranty, but they make it difficult to get it fixed or replaced! They’re a circus to be honest. Customer service will not help unless it’s within a few days. Webster location won’t help either they’ll just say contact customer service and brush you off after you’ve already bought from them.

  **Update** I spoke to a manager, she was very kind and made me feel much better about shopping at this location again. She also took the time to address my concerns about my account. Therefore I will not let this one negative experience stop me from returning. Thank you Jamie! — Today I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. Overall, back and forth experience turned into a complicated process.

  We had a really good experience! I have to say that Maritza, who greeted us at the door was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in and made us feel comfortable right away. I was helped by Ivan and he was amazing both he and Maritza made me feel so good during the visit, you can tell they really enjoy their jobs and truly care about the customers. Everything was clean and the service was great. Definitely a great experience

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I have now received the same table from American Furniture Warehouse three separate times, and each time it arrived chipped and with noticeable defects. The first two times I contacted customer service, I was given options like a refund, discount, or having a technician come out. However, after the third damaged delivery, I was only offered a refund with no effort to actually resolve the issue or provide a quality replacement. What made matters worse was the customer service experience. The representatives I spoke with, Lora and Cindy, were rude and condescending, and Cindy even hung up on me during our call. They repeatedly talked over me and were not willing to help. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. As a long-time customer, this entire situation has been stressful and disappointing. All I wanted was a quality table that I paid for, and I still have not received one. Due to the poor product quality and even worse customer service, I will not be purchasing from them again. I would not recommend buying from here if you expect quality products or respectful customer support.
