I absolutely appreciate the associate Deborra at the Lowe’s in Weatherford! She is usually in the garden center as of lately. She always greets with a genuine smile and hello! She is knowledgeable about her job and always kind and professional! Multiple times she has gone above and beyond ensuring she answers my questions. Items are not where the app/website says they are. When checking out, cashiers (two different ones) ask "did you find everything you were looking for", but they dont care to follow up when you say "no." I was told "that doesn't surprise me!"

Horrible customer service! Although they resolved our issue, Bridget (Manager) and Christina were rude and unfriendly. I would have never thought Lowe's employees would treat 27 year retired military like this! The lady before us received a 5 star treatment, not us.

The pickup customer service is absolutely terrible. Checked in, nobody brought it out. I went in, waited, a guy came, no apology for the wait, then once he brought it out, no eye contact or verbal interaction. No "thank you, have a good day", nothing. It's crazy how some businesses stay in business. I realize Lowe's could care less about my review, just FYI for others interested in using the pickup service.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
