    We’ve lived in this area for almost a year and every time we go to Lowe’s in Weatherford and need a piece of wood cut down so their saw isn’t working. Obviously we should get smarter… We always end up at Home Depot, but our preference has always been Lowe’s. We’re just going to stop going to Lowe’s. It’s not worth the hassle of having to cross the interstate and the time wasted. It makes me sad because all the places we’ve lived. We’ve always used Lowe’s as our first choice.

I stopped by the Lowe’s in Weatherford today and had an outstanding experience thanks to two incredible associates: Phillip and Liza. First, Liza at the return desk was an absolute gem. She handled my return quickly, professionally, and with the friendliest attitude no hassle, no questions, just efficient and pleasant service that made the whole process stress free. Then, when I needed help finding a specific item for my project, Phillip stepped in and was incredibly knowledgeable. He knew exactly where everything was located, walked me right to the product, and even offered helpful advice on alternatives and what would work best for my needs. Both Phillip and Liza were attentive, positive, and genuinely caring about helping customers. It’s employees like them who make shopping at Lowe’s such a great experience. This Weatherford location is lucky to have them I’ll definitely be back because of their excellent service! Highly recommend!

    Shelley, the manager was not very helpful in our transaction today. She is ill informed and said we weren't able to get our volume saving program discount.Because our account didn't hit a threshold which does not apply to a managed account. I hope upper management of shelley can inform her or the employee's in the store in order to make this process.Go a lot smoother for customers and not have them loose out on a day of work.Due to an ill informed manager.

    Shelley, the manager was not helpful whatsoever. We have a pro account which is managed and there is something called a volume savings program that allows you to get a discount The manager is ill informed and said she cannot run the discount even though our account is managed. Shelley cost us to lose an entire day of work by wanting to help out in any way she perform because she is ill informed like mentioned before I hope that she gets the training she needs as well as the store in order to help out customers that need to get work complete to not have them fall behind I have no issues with the people in the morning because they have the proper training, but Shelley did not help at all and cost it as an entire day of work, which is very frustrating

    Some Lowe’s locations are great. It really comes down to the management. The manager at this location didn’t realize I had spent over $30k this year at their store and was so demeaning and rude to me when my card declined for fraud I was shocked. She made a statement to the effect of “well maybe this order is a little too big for you” (it was a few hundred dollars). But if my card had actually declined for insufficient funds, how about have some compassion?? When she pulled up my pro account she immediately apologized and started complimenting me. Scummy. I cleared the fraud and made the purchase. Then pro desk missed my delivery date twice, had to pay my electrician a day rate with nothing to install and, in writings promised to make it up on the next order. They lied. They pretended the default discount was their special discount and when I asked about it, said they would not be adding any additional discount.
