Very disappointing experience. I returned a few plants that had died and was assisted by young lady name Abby, who was rude and visibly irritated from the start. She insisted I needed a receipt even after I explained the purchase should be under my phone number and made no real effort to help look it up or assist with the return. She turned to her partner at the service desk, name Camille, and before she finished explaining, she was also rude, and immediately stated “ No we can not return them without a receipt.”
I’ve been buying plants from this store and other Lowes for many years, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Customer service like this reflects poorly on the store. I hope management addresses this so long-time customers and any other customers are treated with more respect. Customer service desk is NOT made for angry employees.

I quit coming to this Lowe's in Weatherford long time because the employees are rude and not helpful. Today I went for a filter that they said they have. But it turns out they don't have any in the store. But I was so surprised all the employee greeted me nicely and very helpful.

Had an issue with ordering a delivery with the Lowe's app. Went to the store. Christee attempted to help but couldn't get it to go through. Lisa (asst manager) had same results. They worked it for a full day and got it done. Fantastic customer service. Juan the delivery driver was pleasant and above all on time Thanks to all at Lowe's.

We’ve lived in this area for almost a year and every time we go to Lowe’s in Weatherford and need a piece of wood cut down so their saw isn’t working. Obviously we should get smarter… We always end up at Home Depot, but our preference has always been Lowe’s. We’re just going to stop going to Lowe’s. It’s not worth the hassle of having to cross the interstate and the time wasted. It makes me sad because all the places we’ve lived. We’ve always used Lowe’s as our first choice.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
