However, tonight when we came in and walked up to Elaianas ( lady with the cheetah print hat on) register she rudely said this lane is closed and put the closed sign up. That would have been fine except for the fact that she stood there for many minutes and then walked across the room to a whole different register and started checking someone out there. So ... she dosent think the right thing to do would be to take the people who were clearly standing there waiting with her? And checking them out? 🤦🏼♀️ I am very confused on her customer service skills and she could definitely use some extra training. Besides that this store is always wonderful.
