Location has gone downhill. People at the online ordering desk have glue on their shoes and have no idea what they are doing. Waited to pickup lumber and after 20 mins some kind of manager showed up like they were doing me a favor. Today I asked for help in plumbing at the front desk, after 15 mins and listening to the automation message play I gave up and walked back to the front .I told the service desk no one showed up, got a shrug and I'm sorry and went back to browsing her phone. Did not care what so ever. One of the biggest unprofessional interactions I have ever had. Didn't offer any resolution, just back to Facebook or Candy Crush, whatever they were doing. Enough to get me to go home and this review. Just a note it was not busy either times. Either pay employees more so they care or fire the management for spending more time replying to reviews and actually, you know, manage.

Hate them. If you can get it yourself and check out, fine. If you want an appliance or anything they have to deliver and set up, go ANYWHERE else as these people lie, their delivery service does not do installation or set up no matter what they tell you.

This is not a review of the Waxahachie Lowe’s specifically but Lowe’s as a whole. Hands down the worst online order pick up system I’ve ever used. I fought with it for 20 minutes before I finally called the store and instead of getting to speak to a human that would understand my words, IT WAS GODDAMN AI. I’m going across the street and only shopping at Home Depot from now on.

Due to the subpar customer service experienced, I do not intend to return. My husband and I typically shop at Home Depot; however, we decided to visit Lowe's to purchase new blinds. We called to speak with a representative, but the individual who answered did not seem to possess the necessary customer service skills.

So, a couple is in the hardware aisle looking for screws for something. I come in the aisle doing the same. Two employees standing there waiting to forklift something away. Instead of assisting us and getting their task done faster. One sits down n the lift and the other just stands there. The couple leave, I walked out so they can do the task that was super urgent. As I walk out of the aisle I ask the standing employee if there is someone that can assist in this area. He said I will help you after this. I said why didn’t you help before, you saw us walking back and forth. He said no one asked. That is just crazy to me that, as an employee of a big company and you do not come over and ask, you stand there like you are irked. I guess he was not aware that there are literally 3 other hardware stores on the same street as them. Horrible customer service.
