They showed NO INTEREST in helping us find what we were looking for and then tried to brush us off by telling us to just go their website. I then asked them to search on their phones and they still showed no motivation and it was obvious they were just ready for us to exit so they could get back to their personal conversations. What is the purpose of Lowe’s hiring staff that don’t want to do their jobs? What’s even sadder is one of them had on an Assistant Manager badge…what a joke. I will be writing to your corporate office as well. And to think we were going to make another large purchase here in the next week. No way!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
