    Wonderful customer service. The agent Shanice that I spoke with each time has been so helpful, polite, and kind. I really appreciate her helping me out because I was really stressed and she eased my worries. I highly recommend Spare box Storage.

    If no stars was an option I would give it. TERRIBLE customer service. Elevator has been broken since Monday & NO ONE can give me an answer when it will be fixed. I paid movers to show up Monday & no note was sent out or notification to their customers. Trying to move out again tomorrow & was told they cannot tell me when the elevator will be fixed. Absolute JOKE of a call center & then cannot even get ahold of a property manager. They advise you to leave a message with the call center & a property manager will be in touch. It has now been 3 days & no call back. Called today to check on status of elevator... was told the property doesn't have an elevator first. When clearly it does then was told oh the elevator may be fixed on Thursday but they didn't know. SAVE YOUR MONEY WACO!!!! Go to a facility that actually knows what they are doing & is professional.

    It is always so simple to rent a storage unit. Very clean and safe. Kacey was wonderful in assisting me over the phone when I was ready to close my account. Friendly from the rental to the closing. I will definitely be back when needed!

    Shanice was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much. Update: Shanice gets five stars. Share box gets one. We’re trying our best to get everything cleared out for a few months now. Salvation Army took away what they could resell and we hired someone to pick up just a couple items left over, then we would sweep it out The bill is paid until 12:01 am.. why do we get a message threatening that our account is still open and will be charged for what was left? Who told you to go into the unit? No one. You have trash lying all around that building inside and out EVERY time Ive been there. You have leaks. There’s bugs . And you’re harassing me over a unit that’s still mine? Use some common sense. The unit is completely cleaned out and swept. Change your ways and clean up your facility.

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
