Could of been paid the same day tech was at my store (a month late... said he'd be back the following week to finish job and never returned...until I called), but your office clerk was rude and wanted to argue versus take the payment. No one from your office cared about taking care of us until I posted the bad review... and now because I won't be intimidated to take it down your trying to smear me. It's exactly what I would of expected and consistent with the service I've gotten this year. Thank you for removing me from the call list and we will take our business elsewhere. Had to bargain that I would take down the review to get them to come back and finish the job after payment was made... Now they keep calling/nagging me on when I'm going to take it down. Still bad customer service, will call someone else to do my inspections next year, but hey I'm totally unreasonable... I'll give you another star to make two, but PLEASE stop calling me. The worst service ever...Late for appt., never came back to finish the job, never invoiced us to get paid and then when we did discuss lady at the office was rude and making excuses instead of just taking care of the acct.
