And cashiers really need to be trained to bag small items especially when the customer is buying 40 pieces or more. Make sure you read the shelf labels people. The Mgr did right by selling me the item at shelf price rather than the $2 more, each piece that was charged to me (x17) but the hassle I went through for the refund was a pure headache.

The first time, I called after 5 hours of the order in “preparing” status and was told it’d be ready in 15 minutes. An hour went by. Now, at 6 hours I called back and was told my items couldn’t be sold because they were expired. Second time, I submitted an order at 4PM yesterday and it never got an update for the full day. Today, I called and advised I submitted the order YESTERDAY and it’s still not ready - the lady I spoke with said she saw no reason for why it would have been delayed for so long and had it ready within 5 minutes of the phone call. I’m concerned no one is paying attention to online orders.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
