Dependable and friendly. Prices are a little higher, but they have the rings you need for pool maintenance.

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I went in Today, June 25th 2023 to try and get some help with our above ground pool because we need a new liner but wanted help in making the decision since we are spending quite a bit of money and want it to be correct. The guy behind the counter was more worried about his phone then actually greeting us and he finally looked up from his phone as if we were inconveniencing him and just stared blankly with out saying a word. Then he FINALLY asked what we were looking for and we explained we needed a new liner and his exact words were "can't you look online" I looked at him and said he haven't yet and my husband replied with "Well, yeah I guess I can". We went to walk out and he said "our above ground pool supplies are not sold in store it's only online" and my husband turned around telling him "Yeah, I understand that but I was hoping for y'alls expertise in helping me determine the right products". He then said "well, I guess I can show you online". Irritated my husband told him not to worry about it and that he didn't want to put him out and we left. I get that people buy things online all the time, but some people like to speak to someone who is suppose to have knowledge in the department. Especially if you're open I would hope the reasoning would be to try and sell products or help customers with questions. It would of been different if he wasn't so stuck in his phone and actually greeted us like he wanted to be there. Maybe he needs to be where customers are not so no one has to put him out of being off his phone. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone and I will NEVER return here. We will take our business else where and find someone who cares to help us. 0 STARS.

I went to buy salt for my pool. I told the young man who was working alone in the store what size pool I have and that I have a saltwater system and needed to buy salt for it (also that the pool was already filled with water and had no salt in it yet). He stated that he did not know how to calculate the number of gallons of water that my pool held, and that without that information, he didn't know how much salt I would need. So I calculated the volume of the pool (at 90% actually) and gave him the number. He said I would need eight, or maybe 9, bags of salt to bring the salt level up to the recommended 3000 ppm. I gave him the $77.85 and helped him load it all in my car and headed home with it. On the way home, I began doubting that I needed so much salt. So when I got home, I calculated it myself and discovered that he'd sold me twice as much as I needed.
I called him immediately and explained that I needed to return four of the bags of salt (which were still in the trunk of my car where he had put them) and - long story, short - was told that they would not let me return it.
He said that they could not do returns on chemicals... period. I could understand this if it were muriatic acid or any potentially dangerous chemical; but this was 40lb, sealed bags of salt that I'd bought 30 minutes ago! I asked to speak to the manager or owner and was told that he wouldn't be in before Wednesday and I'd have to wait until then to talk to him. I insisted, so after we hung up, he called his manager. After speaking with his manager, he promptly called me back - only to tell me the same thing.
I told him that they were losing a loyal customer... and they did. As a customer, I have never been treated with such indifference. Had I been that manager, I'd have taken the salt back and refunded the customer's money out of my own pocket-- because that $78 is the last of my money that they will ever see!
