- NMNazry MustakimSep 9, 20221.0Went in and talked to Bobby, the owner about a small project and he said he'll come by the office. Left my card with him but almost 2 weeks went by and didn't hear anything from him. Called their office and Keith transferred me to him after waiting on the hone for him to be free. Then I was sent to the voicemail. Left a voicemail, no return phone call. Called again and Keith suggested to email him instead. So I did and no reply. Call the office again and Keith was going to give Bobby a call and ask him to call me. Still nothing. No professional courtesy to give a call back or email even if you don't want to do business with a non profit organization. Maybe the project is too small. I don't know. But wasted my time waiting. I didn't want to find someone else since he gave me his word he was coming to take measurements. But I guess now I'll have to find someone else. Don't bother to contact me just to change the review.
