    I had an issue with a bag Of wet granular insecticide I called Waco Lowe’s and the manager Nicole told me to come by and she would address the issue. She was very kind, courteous and professional. She does an outstanding job. You should give her a raise.

    Monday I took 2 grinders in to see what I needed to make them use-full. Billy was very helpful. I believed I left one of them there. Went back this am (Wed) to see if I could find it. Billy went all over the store. Looking here and there. Asking if anyone had seen it. At the help desk I looked up On a shelf I saw a tool. It was my grinder. Special thanks to Billy. And thanks to all who helped.

    This is a re-review of a bad experience I had where Lowes stepped it up and delivered great customer service like I have gotten in the past. Had a bad Frigidaire appliance that only made it a little over a month before going out. Once I was able to get Frigidaire to do the right thing lowes stepped in and handled it in a fair manner while providing me updates and communication along the way that did not require me myself to make calls to the store (they called me) i spoke to 3 lowes employees along the way and Adrian was my final contact who got me to the point we needed to be.

    We bought a front screen door and it put on and then we put the back door on hold and they said it was okay because of my Daughter dog. When we went to purchased the 2nd door we had so much trouble Aundre the installer is only one. He is terrible and lies on customers we were very nice professional to him we try to contact the store manger Gary several times no response. Spoke with Lucy and Tyson which they were both unprofessional. We contact the customer relations etc. The installer Aundre should be terminated from this position and the way he treats customers and you are not supposed to have 1 installer for a whole waco store. They neec to hire someone else because he very rude etc unprofessional and lies on customers. Mallory was no help. These people needs to be retrained or terminated. The only person that was helpful was Jacob Crockett he is awesome. They need to get a whole new installation team. We sent all disrespectful action to the better business bureau. Do not use Aundre.
