I had some generators I purchased from another lowes and wanted to return them unopened a few days later to purchase a bigger one so id have one instead of 2. I made sure when buying them of the return policy and was told that was the other stores policy even though the policy was posted and stated exactly what is pictured below and the manager said that they would not return them and walked off. Anyway I went back to the store got it from and the happily returned the 2 generators and told me that this store absolutely should have taken them back and apologized on behalf of that store and i was able to purchase the bigger one that I wanted and will spend my money at stores who adhere to their policies and have no problem going out of area to do so especially with a larger renovation project I have coming up. I will not be patronizing this waco lowes again. Looking forward to picking up my new generator from the round rock location when it comes in.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
