He returned and answered our questions, explained the special incentive and optional financing. We said thanks and he politely provided his card in case we decided to comeback. This all took about 15 minutes. We went and ate then returned and he completed the rest of the sale in less than 15 minutes. Easy, Simple, and No pressure. A+ service.

In other stores the salesperson would still hover over us and trying to direct us in what we should get, but Tina was not like that at all. We found a couple of recliners that we purchased, because we were able to look ourselves. Tina was very professional and completed the paperwork with no issues and we were able to leave the store in a timely manner, thank you.
