The customer service here is crap. 3 times in 3 weeks I’ve had to wait 30min+ for some help for a special order item pickup. Came in today to pick up a door and it’s someone new-ish at the counter (who I don’t fault for this at all) who couldn’t figure out how to look my order up initially. Instead of her coworkers jumping to help her out they just ignored and went on their way and blew her off when she asked for help, finally someone comes by to help after 20 minutes and 5 customers going ahead of me to tell me they tell me to go to a different section for pickup, where I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes (and more as I’m writing this, still haven’t brought it up). The other times I was here previously, the cashiers just gave me attitude and seemed like they weren’t really interested in working. Y'all gotta do better and also help your new employees man. Or hire more if y’all are too spread thin to operate regularly.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
