I was on my way to meet a friend who had locked herself out of her car, and I was on the phone with her during the whole situation. While I was driving, I could clearly hear the locksmith they sent being verbally abusive toward her. He was upset that she had canceled the service, even though she had already contacted their dispatch center and confirmed the cancellation. It seems like there’s a serious breakdown in communication within the company. What made this even more concerning was that the locksmith showed up anyway and became aggressive, using slurs and speaking to her in a way that made me genuinely fear for her safety. This went far beyond simple frustration over a canceled appointment — it felt more like a hate crime with how threatening and completely unprofessional the employee was. On top of that, he wasn’t wearing any kind of company uniform or identification, and he was driving an unmarked vehicle. That alone is alarming when you’re expecting a professional service. Overall, this was an extremely upsetting experience. No one should have to deal with verbal abuse or feel unsafe when simply trying to resolve a lockout situation. I would strongly caution others before using this service - especially women.

I don’t catch his name but he verbally called me a slander then walked away quickly. I’ve never experienced such discrimination in my life.
