    Spent almost $3500 on a small Lawnmower, 3 delivery dates later and still no lawnmower. Each time they give a 4 hour window. This time it was supposed to be delivered between 6 PM and 10 PM. I even called the store at 9:30 PM and the automated system they use said it was still out for delivery on time. I ordered it 17 days ago inside this store. UPDATE- I just spoke with Lowe’s and they say someone named Jeremy had delivered my order. And then they transferred me to the delivery department and I spoke with Cleveland who says my order is still there, then gives me the same explanation they gave me a week ago, still had not been completed. He’ll try to get it delivered to me tomorrow. Of course I asked for a call back on this.

    Unless you spend a lot of money with them at the Pro Desk, don’t plan on them keeping your delivery date. For the second time, they pushed my delivery back. The first order, I actually had an associate tell me that there was a bigger order that needed their stuff sooner and I got pushed back. The second order, I was just told they didn’t have a truck available(same excuse as before, so I can assume it’s because the trucks they did have delivering were occupied with bigger orders). Both orders were placed a week ahead of delivery date. But Lowes waited until the afternoon before the delivery date to tell me that I needed to reschedule. This is what happens when you pay employees commission on sales. They don’t care about it the little guy.

    I went to my local store a week ago to schedule for measurements and installation of exterior doors X2. Spent way too much time with the associate at the store who finally called in supervisors to assist. Last word was "someone will call you to set appointment in the next 24 hours." Never heard a word. A week, later called to inquire...after many apologies was told things were corrected and should be scheduled for measurements very soon... expect a call from contractor. Three days later... nothing! My advise...try HOME DEPOT!

    This store is a perfect example of how not to run a business!! They sent molded lumber , took over a week to get exchange done ! Then the wood they sent back was treated (not what was ordered) ! I sent the wood back for the proper wood to be delivered ! This all began on Feb 13th. Now march 15th and I get a message stating that they are coming to pick up the lumber that they never left !! Wow true incompetence from Monica Williams of Tyler lowes and Brandon j one of the managers of Tyler lowes. I highly advise anyone needing lowes. Avoid this one at all cost. By far the poorest quality hardware store in Tyler Texas.

    Did not have a good experience in this Lowe’s today!! I Waited over 15 minutes after asking for assistance with getting a few boards that were not available on the floor. When I realized the employee wasn’t coming back I was then told by manager Octavio it would be an additional 45 minutes before they would help me! I was able to get assistance from his manager who got the boards down to the floor himself! Octavio wasn’t doing anything but walking around. He didn’t care to help until his manager made him. If you go here avoid asking Octavio for help!
