This place is the most incompetent place I have ever seen. First when you go on to the app and put in your zip code to check out a product, take it at face value, because the dates can change while you are there a couple days later and without reason or catastrophic incident. BTW, they do not care about customer satisfaction. I needed a new oven. I was told i could get it by 14th installed by 19th. Ok. Get it ordered. Two days later, get an email that it will not be here till the 19th...sorry. So on the 17th, i decide to see if I can call the installation dept, see if I can go ahead and make an appt. to get oven installed so that I am ahead of the game and not stalled when I need to be prepping for this big Thankgiving dinner I have going. I call only to find out nothing I can do till its at the store. Ok. So wait 2 more days. Finally, Nov. 19, wait till 1pm check the log and it still says in transit so I call the store. Per usuall, 45 min, on hold, and the clicks of phone picking up and putting down, some ring around the posey and then a hang up. Okay then try again. Hi, Lowe's Customer Service, how can I help you? Appliances, please. Okay, hold on, I will transfer you. Then the cycle restarts. Eventually, appliance never answered. Customer service answered (different Person, of course) I asked if my oven was there, they said that it did not show to be at the store. Mind you, on the computer it also says they will be doing the install. Next day my husband gets a text it has finally arrived, but it will be after Dec 2nd before it can be installed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So by that point we decide we will install ourself. My husband talks to someone at the store who looks on computer and it shows delivered. So we head up there. Go to Customer service Desk, BTW, that is not a customer desk. I watched an older gentleman ask for help most likely someone who does not do well with self checkout get told oh well. And he was on a mobility scooter..so disappointing. Then the phone was continually ringing at one point she was paging appliance to pick up the phone. The next it complete explained the pick up and hold. Then my husband said what do you do when it just keeps ringing she said this and picked it up and put it back down. Yes Tyler thats what your getting. Anyhow, we just needed to get the oven picked up and the installation refunded. Guess what? Noone knows how to do that. The appliance department doesnt know how, customer service sent us there, they sent us back. The girl at customer service didnt. She called the head cashier and he didn't. No one bothered to ask the managers though. The head cashier said we can cancel it then put it back in. So that is what they did. Oh but wait, there is more....it gets better!!!! They call appliance and then decide to go ahead after my husband and have repeatedly been saying "should ya'll bring it up now?". No one did anything but say it says its here. So they send Mr. No Answer The Phone Appliance Man back to look after 15 min he calls and its not in any of the bays. Of course he could be Mr No Find Your Appliance Man too. Guess what if it says its delivered to your store that could also mean their warehouse in Mesquite. I am sorry but that is ridiculous. Either it tells you the exact location of your paid for product or it gets delivered to the location that it says its at. That's false information, Mesquite warehouse is not our store. Anyway, because these people did not have s conceivable clue on what do we had to just get our money back. What is even more sad about this store, a manager had to sign off on the head cashier to do that much cash and they hid around the barrier wall instead of coming out and handling business. Like you couldn't hear the echoes on the phones. Lowe's you are supposed to be America's store.. Do Better!!!!

I contacted Lowe’s today to follow up on a rug I purchased on Wednesday 7:00 pm and scheduled for same-day delivery on Thursday. On Thursday, I was initially told the delivery address could not be located, but that delivery would still occur before 8–9 p.m. While taking my grandson to gymnastics—near the store—I learned the rug had actually been returned to Lowe’s by the third-party delivery service, who reported that they “could not find the address” and that “no one was home.” I decided to pick up the rug myself. Maui, the young associate at Lowe’s, was extremely helpful and the only positive part of this experience, as he assisted me in loading the rug into my vehicle. During this time, I received a call that my mother had fallen and needed me urgently, yet I was still waiting for the rug issue to be resolved. It ultimately took three employees over an hour to process a simple $39 return. This was, unfortunately, the most disappointing service experience I have had at Lowe’s. I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation was exceptionally frustrating, and I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through something similar.

The customer service was terrible. When in to find a three sixteenth hillman key. The help told me it was online only. But after going through lawn and garden , no luck. Found it in fastener drawers. Back to show it to the guys, that wouldn't help me look. And they're still standing the same place , fifteen minutes later.

We waited an hour to get attic ladder on aisle 18, which they had 8 on stock and $339. They were all stacked on top sheld, 4 different associated came and said they will call someone and didn't come back. The last guy acted as he didn't see me when I asked for help, when my other half asked for help and explained what we needed, he said he will get ladder and he walked pass the ladder without hesitation and never came back. Giving 3 star because they have done well on app. We left to go to another store.

Was in Lowe"s on Friday in Tyler, Tx made a purchase of a dryer, on my way out I went to look at plants decided to purchase bricks, but the cashier was unable to add the bricks to my purchase without charging.an additional thirty nine dollars delivery fee.I went to customer service. They were unable to help.I went back to the appliance department. They were also unable to help for me to only pay delivery fee one time.So I walked out without the purchase of the bricks. I decided to take my business to home depot.
