This store is a perfect example of how not to run a business!! They sent molded lumber , took over a week to get exchange done ! Then the wood they sent back was treated (not what was ordered) ! I sent the wood back for the proper wood to be delivered ! This all began on Feb 13th. Now march 15th and I get a message stating that they are coming to pick up the lumber that they never left !! Wow true incompetence from Monica Williams of Tyler lowes and Brandon j one of the managers of Tyler lowes. I highly advise anyone needing lowes. Avoid this one at all cost. By far the poorest quality hardware store in Tyler Texas.

Did not have a good experience in this Lowe’s today!! I Waited over 15 minutes after asking for assistance with getting a few boards that were not available on the floor. When I realized the employee wasn’t coming back I was then told by manager Octavio it would be an additional 45 minutes before they would help me! I was able to get assistance from his manager who got the boards down to the floor himself! Octavio wasn’t doing anything but walking around. He didn’t care to help until his manager made him. If you go here avoid asking Octavio for help!

I come here pretty often to get lumber for various projects. I usually come fairly early when the contractors come. Nine times out of ten there will be people backed up to check out because they have one cashier. There will be three people behind the desk to the left standing and looking at their computer. I wonder why one of them couldn’t come over and help. I’m retired but these contractors have work to do and as we all know time is money. To even further the aggravation I went there this morning and they had two of the lumber aisles closed off. I don’t know who manages the lumber area but hopefully they’ll read this and realize when it’s the busiest there needs to be more than one cashier and all aisles open. I’m sure I’m not the only one with this opinion

Lowe's most probably does have whatever you are looking for if you are trying to fix your home, but finding something in the store can present a challenge. For one, despite prevailing logic, the very high number aisles are in the very front of the store(e.g. 53 thru 68), while the lowest number aisles are in the middle section of the store. Also, it seems the store hiring team only keeps a skeleton crew as of late late. This can probably be attributed to challenging economic times in which maintaining a decent profit margin require a low head count. If you need help finding something, I would recommend finding g someone right when you walk in the store. It will save you critical time, instead of finding yourself wandering aimlessly in giant warehouse full of goods.

Do not buy appliances from Big Brand Stores such as Lowe's. After 30 days you're pretty much on your on. They will give you a number to call manufacturer to deal with. So Lowes should not represent appliances of any kind. In Tyler Don's TV and Appliance will fully service after the sell.
