    Do not buy from Heather or from this store. Customer service is absolutely the very worst. Once you buy a recliner they will not do anything if you have an issue with it except give you a number to call. If you call the number no one ever answers and they will not return your call. When calling Heather back she is no help. Told me each time I call the service number it only backs up calls. Ask for store manager was told by Heather he can do nothing and he is off few days. Ask if I can call corporate number was told no. Ask who owner is was I was told The Browns she believes not sure. If you want a store that will give you Customer service do not buy from this store in Tyler Texas. And for sure do not buy from Heather. Update got a call from Valerie. If I thought Heather was rude then Valerie will top her in personality. Was told sorry we only service the Tyler area once a week. So I am into the holidays and have company coming and a broken recliner. Then I send a message or complain to customer service. Im not sure the ladies name but was told she is as high up the totem pole as I can go. She is the corporate and sorry will not tell me who actually owns the Tyler tx store. So I wait. Do not buy from this store. These employees need to be fired.

    Awful experience. The chair I received is NOTHING like the store model at all- it’s a COMPLETELY different chair! The manager said I could set up a return pickup for a refund but when I contacted customer service, they refused because I purchased a “custom fabric” which is NOT true because it’s the same fabric they said was available in the store! $2,000 wasted!

    Do not buy from this store unless you want to get conned. I recently bought a set of recliners from this store. One of them was defective upon arrival as it did not sit like the store model. I was told by this store's manager, Clayton Bryant, that I would be able to return the defective chair. With this assurance, I went ahead and purchased a replacement chair. I was given the phone number of a customer service person by Clayton that would assist me with this return. "Yolanda" was probably the rudest "customer service" person I've ever talked to. Yolanda told me that I would be unable to return my defective chair, and that Clayton lied to me when he told me I'd be able to return the chair. Apparently, Clayton would have already known at the store the day he sold me the replacement chair that I would be unable to return my defective chair. An utter con job. This is not your granddaddy's La-Z-Boy. The chairs don't even feel like the same quality of the older models. These people are dishonest crooks, and you should take your business elsewhere.

    So sad. I bought 2 recliners....special order, so very expensive. When they arrived they clearly were not the same as the chair I sat in at the store. I have a bad back and neck, so I shopped really hard. When I went in, the next day, I was told no returns. They gave me the number for customer service and walked off. Obviously a practiced response. Customer service called and said they would send someone to the house to see if they could fix them. Ha.....how do you make them softer. I have used lazy boy for years....but no more.

    My Mother purchased an expensive recliner. It is too large and does not fit in her condo. She has talked with several salesman that have told her that it is past the 3 day exchange policy. It was on a weekend and she was not aware that Sunday counted as a business day. After reading the reviews it is extremely clear that this business should be shut down and the management should be let go. You should be ashamed of yourself. I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau. Someone needs to do a review on your business. I cannot believe how you treat customers.
