  I came in to shop for an "easy chair." Furniture specialist, Robin assisted me. She was a joy to work with. No hard sales tactics, listened well, and very knowledgeable of Furniture Row products. Within less than 20 minutes I selected a Lazy Boy recliner that met all my criteria. Robin's demeanor was a good match with my shopping habits. A very good shopping experience.
