Tanner in sales was incredibly patient and helpful. He guided us through the options, answered all our questions about the Durango modular sectional, and made the entire purchasing process feel easy and stress-free. The exceptional service continued when we picked up the order. Keith helped us with loading. He was very nice and made sure to cover the pieces with plastic before loading. Huge thanks to both Tanner and Keith for making this a smooth and positive experience! We highly recommend them.

I was told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get in which would be in plenty of time. It has now been 15 weeks and 2 months past her birthday and we still don’t have it. The sales team was awesome and helpful during purchase but I paid for a bed 15 weeks ago and still don’t have it

As customer, I did not ask for mattress to be placed on frame since we were told at time of purchase that placement area needed to be cleared. It was still done by crew, most likely to cover that boards were not placed in proper alignment. Frustrating as a customer when you think you’re paying for “quality furniture and service.” If you’re considering purchasing and able to, you’re better off picking up and setting up yourself. Previously purchased a living room set and picked up after having paid for delivery, because sales person failed to let us know delivery to our location was on specific days only. We thought about picking up ourselves again but were persuaded by our second sales person to opt for delivery as the bedroom set required more setup and was supposedly heavy. Delivery crew had 3 people, were early, yet still rushed service. Overall disappointed.
