    I stopped in today around 4:15 pm to return a bench cushion that was too small. The lady behind the register with brown hair told me that I "can't return this since the tag is off". I explained that the cushion tag was off when I purchased it, and even though she gave me my refund, she was incredibly rude, and did not say a word to me for the entire transaction. I didn't even get a thank you from her. Ridiculous and immature. At Home needs to hire people who are actually professional.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
