    Went to Lowes to buy a zero turn mower. One of the managers and especially Clarens was amazing helping me check out. What really impressed me was I came back 2 weeks later and Clarens remembered my name.. It's the little things that count!

    I was in this morning with my husband and had the most amazing customer service help I had questions and was given answers, conversation and notified about future events for our kids and what’s going on with the store! Becca near the entrance , garden center, returns THANK YOU!!! You are the best! Thank you for making us feel welcomed to Lowe’s. I hope you have the BEST day!!! Oh we did find the things we needed. Oh also the cashier working terminal 2 this morning thanks for being amazing also!!

    I have always shopped at this Lowe’s location because it is the closest to my home, but after this experience, it will be the last time I make any major purchase here. I went to the store to purchase a Toro electric push mower that was advertised on Lowe’s website for $369. At no point did the website state that this was an online-only price. When I arrived, the store had one unit physically in stock, although the shelf tag did not reflect the sale price. Additionally, the store’s system incorrectly showed zero inventory, even though the mower was clearly available on the sales floor. Despite this, the acting evening manager refused to honor the website price, citing a system error that was completely outside of the customer’s control. As a result, I was left with only two options: • Pay $79 for delivery, or • Drive to the Copperfield location, which is significantly farther away, to pick it up myself. This issue could have easily been resolved in store, saving time and unnecessary inconvenience. Instead, I was forced to go out of my way due to internal inventory and pricing failures. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be making future big purchases at this location.

    Bit of a bummer as usually the staff here is wonderful. Very nice associate named Mackenzie who was helpful, but the manager Julia was so rude from start to finish.
