    Tried to order mulch online and have delivered. Chatbot kept sending me to wrong department and the sales representative kept hanging up. Don’t use online services. Terrible

    So sad.. that I have to do this in order to get something taken care of. I love my TOMBALL LOWES... Tim especially in the Garden Department. I have tried to get the warranty issue on my appliances taken care of. My appliances were delivered in March 2025 ..In April I realized the Assurant policy dates were wrong, and the appliances were not registered properly. Now we have the appliances registered somewhat correctly.. but still the date of install is wrong. I have been in contact with management.. they assured me it would be taken care off. Still not so I called Lowes Corporate.. I have been on the phone for an hour.. still holding . I called Assurant also.. they referred me to the website. This is a last ditch effort to get some attention. We spent over $1300 on extended warranties.. that are wrong. I have spent many hours on this between going to the store.. pleading with management.. and even offering to meet in person, so we can SOLVE this.. and go on to doing THINGS FOR TOMBALL. Tomball LOWES is very generous to the PUBLIC.. and that is appreciated . It truly is.. Again Thank you. I would edit this one star review if I could get something done I have now been on the phone to correct the issue.. almost 2 hours.. NOTHING has been done. Management could have taken care of this... I think I should be reimbursed for my time.. times the wage of the store manager.. Thoughts ? AI response is totally unacceptable.. When you call the 800 number I will get the same response I have gotten before..

    It's in a small shopping strip. The store has order online and ship to the store which is very convenient. The associates are very friendly and don't mind assisting.

    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! ordered flooring from this store for next day delivery. We received the wrong product called to have it fixed not only could we not get the a refund or right product we had to wait a week for them to pick up the wrong product. We paid some cash and some on card and they want to send a gift card with the money on it. If we cant get the right product how are we supposed to receive that money back. Literally one of the worst customer service every single person you talk to will give you some bs and lies. Please do yourself a favor dont order from them you will be very disappointed and out money for a very long time we have been dealing with this for going on the 2nd week and still nothing no product no refunds no nothing. So frustrating and very disappointing. Updating: STILL NOTHING! We have done everything asked and still no one knows how to get the money back to us or send the right product. Absolutely ridiculous! We are almost a month in and nothing other than associates and management saying they dont know and they cant send the right product because it has to be refunded but aren't doing that either. I have never seen such a big company this terrible. Just go somewhere else. And dont ordered anything. Its done through a third party and they have no process for fixing it if anything happens. They dropped off the wrong product and Literally wont do anything.

    went into the store today to grab some paint and had 2 encounters with there new manager MATT, both times being absolutely horrible in no means should he be aloud to run a store the way he did today. he was absolutely disgusting and rude to me and my friend. i asked him 2 simple questions and he responded in a snotty way both times. to be honest if i didn’t need the paint so bad and i wasn’t so far from another store i would of taken my business elsewhere just because the way he treated us. guess it was too hard for him to be nice to the customers since he kinda uh works in a facility that 95% is about customer service and talking and answering questions to which the customers ask.
