Literally ran over to put a sign on the door which said he was out of the office or out on property for another 20+ minutes. The sign was still swinging on the hook and he had just disappeared. Their loss - I’ll move on to another place that wants my money. - Heck, I was looking at leading 3 or 4 units but too bad……….

The customer over the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. We definitely would consider Extra Space 249 location again if we were to need storage space.
