Gary worked with us on the design and materials creating a fantastic outdoor space along with the pool. The project was managed by Oz who could not have done a breed job of managing everything end to end. He communicated regularly and addressed all of our questions. Pool was completed early and turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend Cypress Custom Pools.

We have 3 friends that built pools with them over last couple of years and everyone recommended it, so we went with them. Gary was great on making our design and working on some details that we wanted. He met us on Labor day to have us chose materials, great guy. The construction superintendent Joe is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and kept us informed on every step. He and his crews worked flawlessly from the dig to landscaping, and delivered a beautiful backyard. The project can be intimidating but Joe gave us all confidence in the world. Absolutely the best superintendent. We were very fortunate with the weather and the pool was ready in 3 weeks from digging to equipment running. We recommend Cypress Custom Pools for anyone looking to build a pool, you will not regret!

We recently got a pool put into our new home, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. This was probably the smoothest construction process I’ve ever experienced. Their efficiency and quick response time, as well as turn around time to getting a design and quote to us blew me away compared to other pool companies. HOA approvals were taken care of quickly. We had our pool built within a month- in fact, any delays that occurred were due to unavailability on our end. Every step of the process was communicated clearly, and all our questions and concerns were always answered. LeAnna, Guillermo, Susan, Sam, Kyle - everyone that is part of the team, I cannot thank you enough for creating such a beautiful pool for our family and making this process as easy for us as possible. We look forward to creating many memories in our backyard.
