  We purchased our pool, outdoor kitchen, patio and outdoor bathroom from Cypress Custom Pools approximately two years ago, and the experience has been absolutely first-class from the very first phone call. They were patient and thorough in ensuring the backyard design matched our vision, and they masterfully brought it to life. They successfully designed a pool that fit our awkwardly shaped yard in a way that makes our backyard feel like a custom home. Their communication and guidance throughout the entire process were truly A+. What I appreciate most is not just their overall professionalism, but how they handle challenges. Anytime we raised a concern, they addressed it promptly and communicated clearly until the issue was resolved or we fully understood our options. Even two years after installation, when we encountered an issue, they went above and beyond to make it right. After two years of use, our pool and kitchen still operate like day one and have held up through blazing hot summers, below-freezing temperatures, and plenty birthday parties. To say I would rate Cypress Custom Pools an A+ is an understatement. It’s rare that I speak this highly of a contractor, but they have truly earned our highest regard and continue to make us feel supported long after the project was completed.

  A great experience - from design to aftercare.With glowing recommendations from neighbors and friends, we didn’t hesitate to choose CCP. Gary brought our ideas to life in a design that we immediately loved. From dig to fill was around 5 weeks, all expertly project-managed by Guillermo with no delays between the various stages or services. They even took it in their stride when changed our minds about our waterline tile choice at the last minute! At every stage, the CCP team was very responsive and clearly cared about the customer service they provided. We’ve had a couple of minor snagging issues which they’ve been equally quick to resolve to our complete satisfaction. We’d have no hesitation in recommending CCP and we’re delighted with how our pool has turned out.

  From the outset, we had an exceptional experience working with the entire team. Gary provided an exceptional design and meticulously selected all materials. In addition to our pool and spa, they extended our covered patio. They efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork with the homeowners’ association and commenced the project promptly once approved. The entire project was completed within a single month. This was our first pool constructed, and they addressed all my concerns throughout the process. It has been approximately six months since the project was completed, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. Kyle provided comprehensive instructions on the pool equipment and the entire team, from the front office to the owner, has been responsive and a pleasure to collaborate with. If I were to construct another pool, I would undoubtedly utilize Cypress Custom Pools once again.

  We used Cypress Custom Pools based on a friends recommendation. Could not have been happier with the entire process. Gary worked with us on the design and materials creating a fantastic outdoor space along with the pool. The project was managed by Oz who could not have done a breed job of managing everything end to end. He communicated regularly and addressed all of our questions. Pool was completed early and turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend Cypress Custom Pools.

  We have decided to build a pool in our backyard this year, and got a couple of quotes, one of them Cypress Custom Pools. We have 3 friends that built pools with them over last couple of years and everyone recommended it, so we went with them. Gary was great on making our design and working on some details that we wanted. He met us on Labor day to have us chose materials, great guy. The construction superintendent Joe is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and kept us informed on every step. He and his crews worked flawlessly from the dig to landscaping, and delivered a beautiful backyard. The project can be intimidating but Joe gave us all confidence in the world. Absolutely the best superintendent. We were very fortunate with the weather and the pool was ready in 3 weeks from digging to equipment running. We recommend Cypress Custom Pools for anyone looking to build a pool, you will not regret!
