Every 6 months or so corporate "reassess" the rates they charge, which often means you'll be hit with a massive increase twice a year- at this point they are charging us 400% more than when we originally rented our unit 2.5 years ago, so renter beware! I understand that costs are rising across the board, but this kind of predatory price gouging is really unconscionable!
