Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I am a side sleeper, and after using the mattress for some time, I began experiencing persistent hip pain, which has affected my ability to sleep through the night. The pain became so severe that I had to seek medical advice, but despite consultations with my doctor, the issue persists. Interestingly, when I sleep on other mattresses, I do not experience this pain, which suggests that the Tempur-Pedic mattress might be contributing to my discomfort. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night due to the pain, which significantly disrupts my sleep and overall well-being. To add to my frustration, I still have ongoing payments for the mattress, but it is not providing me with the restful sleep I expected. The physical discomfort has led to additional medical expenses, which only compound the issue of paying for a product that I am unable to fully use. I am left in a difficult position, where I cannot comfortably sleep on the mattress, but I am financially committed to it. At this point, I cannot recommend the Tempur-Pedic mattress to other side sleepers, especially those who experience hip or joint pain. I would advise anyone considering it to take into account the possibility of discomfort and potential health consequences. As for managing the pain, I would recommend consulting a healthcare professional for further advice, but be prepared that the issue may not resolve as easily as hoped. Ultimately, my experience has been a costly and frustrating one, and I regret the decision to purchase this mattress. While the product may work for some, it has not lived up to its promise for me, and I would caution others to carefully evaluate their own needs before making such an investment.

I get home unbox and unwrap what I think will be a perfect pillow, it is not, it smells terrible, I assume it just needs airing out. It does not cool like the one in the store and when you call the store to discuss, they take my name, can’t find me in the system, my email, the can’t find that, my cell phone, they can’t find that either. And they can’t help me despite telling me it has a 30 day guarantee, that’s only if you don’t unwrap it. So use your $275 pillow but in plastic Do not waste your money

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
Yes, we do, for any of our mattresses with a removable cover. You can order replacement covers for our current mattress models online here. If you need the cover for an older mattress or you don't see your mattress listed, you can talk to one of our Sleep Guides in the store to help you find yours.
