- MHMakayla HollarNov 22, 20252.0we bought a 6 seat couch from lovesac, and while the couch is good quality and sturdy, the modular aspect is better in theory than in reality; yes, you can switch up the layout and move pieces around, but the amount of work it takes to take the couch apart, move it around, and put it back together is just not worth it. also, don’t ever spill or lose anything under the useless 1 inch gap under the couch because now you’re disassembling the entire thing again. on top all of that, it’s also not comfortable. needless to say, we use this couch every day and every day we regret buying it, and at this point, it’s a “con” that this thing will last forever.

After doing some research with the store it was discovered the girl who sold us the coach charged us for the more expensive cushions which we never wanted. Lovesac then sends me more boxes of the base,back, pillows etc like entire sections that I have to unbox, rebox and take to shipping to get my refund. Lovesac claimed they would take care of my wife and I who have kids for the extra work and time for this mistake lovsac made. Well, we did our end of the deal and now unfortunately lovesac has decided to not give us any discount or deal on other items for our time.
