On April 23, 2025, I requested a technician at 6:17 p.m. The technician, Zane Terflinger, responded at 6:25 p.m. with an estimated time of arrival of less than an hour. However, when I contacted him again at 7:33 p.m., he informed me that he would arrive in less than five minutes. Unfortunately, he arrived at 7:40 p.m. Upon his arrival, Zane spent nearly 30 minutes searching for tools in his truck. He then proceeded to spend another hour, seemingly unsure of what he was doing. Zane estimated that the entire job would take an additional two hours and would charge me $400. Despite my repeated requests for a new technician, the company was unable to secure one. I attempted to cancel the service, but I was repeatedly transferred to “customer service” by representatives who were clearly uninformed. The technician, Zane, also appeared to be unprofessional and rude when I asked him to leave. All Zane did during the visit was break my ignition. The image shows his actions in attempting to create a “new key.”
