    I Just went to Lowes and needed to purchase a 4 x 4 sheet of plywood I ask the people at the PRO service desk if They could cut it for me. I was told yes but I needed to pay for it first. I paid for the plywood and then I was told that I needed to tote the plywood all the way to the rear of the store and that someone would be there to help me I got to the "saw" and waited for around 20 minutes and no one ever came. So, I called the stores main line and explained what was going on and was told by the CS rep on the phone that someone would be right with me. so, I waited another 20 minutes for no one to show up. I couldn't leave because the plywood wouldn't fit in my car without being cut. so, after around 40 minutes of waiting I had to get a refund. I have had to get a refund from this store the past two times I have tried to buy from them. the last time was because I ordered fencing material paid around $60 to get the material delivered same day just to be told at 9 pm that it would be even later before it would be delivered so I had to get a refund. Thanks Texas City Lowes because of you I am now a Home Depot customer.

    The sales assistance stopped stocking and took me to the part I needed. I wish I could remember his name l. Just really appreciate his time and kindness. The customer was happy to have her filters changed. They were bad so bad.

    My husband and I have always shopped at Lowes. We buy appliances rugs and many other things. We live minutes away from the texas city location. Never had a problem until today. We purchased a kitchen faucet and paid for the installation. Well we were told that from the time a purchase that they would call and schedule for the installation. After waiting almost 2 weeks they told my son they will be there today. My son is a police officer he took a day off work so they could finally install it. After several delays and got a call from a call from the installer they said they were going to have to reschedule. This is the worst ordeal we have ever had. So my husband called the customer service to let them know that this is unacceptable. Whoever he talked to asked if he could put him on hold to call to see what the issue was. No he transfered the call . As much money we spend here it was ridiculous. I can tell you after this bs we won't ever go back and spend not a dime more for dissatisfied service. Store manager needs to step up and fix this bs. Thanks for nothing!
