- ESErrin ShortalFeb 15, 20261.0I ordered living room furniture and upon delivery the guys were rude and so was Lexi on the phone cussing my daughter and son in law. I noticed online the week before delivery that my address was incorrect so I called the store and spoke to Lexi and she didn't do her job and change my delivery address. I was in the hospital with congestive heart failure the day of delivery. I got a call from the delivery guy and he was at the wrong address. I explained I was in hospital and gave him the correct address. Then I called Lexi myself and explained everything to her. My daughter and son in law were home and they walked out to greet them then delivery guy insisted on a photo if since the delivery address was changed and my daughter couldn't find hers and when son in law presented his they cursed him and drove away. All of this would have been avoided if Lexie had done her job and change my address when I called her. So then I called Lexie and she continue to have an attitude and demanded that it was my fault and need the same we didn't get furniture that day or the next and I never will from Aaron's Rent-A-Center be aware especially from the Texas City store

- AHAshlyn HaynesNov 12, 20251.0VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I order a bed room set from their warehouse during the .99 cent 1 week special . I was set for delivery on Monday 11/10 /25 between 5pm-7pm. they did not arrive until 8:30pm. Upon arrival they asked me did i want to reschedule my delivery since it was late and they would be at my house trying to assemble the bed, dresser, and night stand late . I told them no cause i work and would have to take off in order for them to deliver in the morning . So then he asked is they could drop the delivery and just come back to assemble tomorrow after i get off . I said okay , thatâs fine . so the next day I call to see what time they were coming back to assemble, the store manager said she was unaware they hadnât assembled my things .she apologized and said they would come after 5. They made it @ 5:07 and i wasnât home yet , i told them i would be there in 7 mins . As Iâm turning down my street i see them leaving , so insert hoking my horn at them and they keep going . I called the store to ask them why did they leave and i told them i was 7 mins away , i was told they werenât gonna wait and they want coming back . I told them they need to come pick up their product if they are refusing to assemble and that is was gonna be on the side of the road. So they choose to lose a sale VS. display good customer service and complete . DO NOT recommend buying from them as they donât value the propel who are spending their money with them , and are the very reason they even have a job .

âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
