I order a bed room set from their warehouse during the .99 cent 1 week special . I was set for delivery on Monday 11/10 /25 between 5pm-7pm. they did not arrive until 8:30pm. Upon arrival they asked me did i want to reschedule my delivery since it was late and they would be at my house trying to assemble the bed, dresser, and night stand late . I told them no cause i work and would have to take off in order for them to deliver in the morning . So then he asked is they could drop the delivery and just come back to assemble tomorrow after i get off . I said okay , that’s fine . so the next day I call to see what time they were coming back to assemble, the store manager said she was unaware they hadn’t assembled my things .she apologized and said they would come after 5. They made it @ 5:07 and i wasn’t home yet , i told them i would be there in 7 mins . As I’m turning down my street i see them leaving , so insert hoking my horn at them and they keep going . I called the store to ask them why did they leave and i told them i was 7 mins away , i was told they weren’t gonna wait and they want coming back . I told them they need to come pick up their product if they are refusing to assemble and that is was gonna be on the side of the road. So they choose to lose a sale VS. display good customer service and complete . DO NOT recommend buying from them as they don’t value the propel who are spending their money with them , and are the very reason they even have a job .

From day one we've have nothing but problems with this store I would not recommend them at all the store manager deacon is good for nothing now I will say that Don and Zane are very professional and both need a raise and job promotion they were awesome

Being a angry customer don't even describe my thoughts about your company. It's been a horrific experience since I decided to place the order online for a bedroom set. October 14, 2016 Aaron's delivery guys brought me a 6pc bedroom set which included a nightstand and footboard that was badly damaged. I was offered a discount off the nightstand if I chose to keep it which I refused. I was told that a nightstand and footboard will be delivered today. I just called the store and spoke with Steve. I asked him when will the delivery truck arrive at my home. I was told between 3-9pm today (Unacceptable). Steve rude a** told me that I was being very UNREASONABLE. Unreasonable??? Are you kidding me??? How am I being unreasonable when I just paid $400 on the bedroom set that I am very unhappy with. My family and friends can't believe that I accepted the footboard with noticeable deep scratches on it (Embarrassing). I told Steve that I have to be at work for 7pm today but off course he didn't care. As a Customer Service Manager myself I feel that the delivery should have been expedited and resolved days ago and yet I try to give Aaron's a chance. My plans were to be finished paying for the bedroom set by the middle of next month. Honestly I truly regret making the decision on doing business with Aaron's and I would not refer anybody to that company.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
