I ordered it online but it was immediately cancelled because the pavement outside was frozen and they could not use the equipment. Totally understandable! Lift and reach trucks are tricky enough on dry pavement! When I saw a couple of days later that the ground was not frozen, I ordered it again, and it was cancelled again. The lady at the customer service desk (Marie) was amazingly kind and helpful and made sure that I got my item, as did the wonderful ASM who I spoke to on the phone. They came together to make it right for me, as did Mitch in the garden center, who I assume brought the item down from top-stock. So this is a huge thanks to Marie, the nice ASM on the phone, and Mitch. Also, I work for your arch rival, Home Depot....y'all really did me right and now I don't feel so bad when I have to suggest to my customers to go across the bridge to Lowe's when we don't have what they need. Thanks Lowe's store #174 from your orange-clad friend from across the bridge at THD #6580!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
