- CCcro2Feb 10, 20211.0Have been a loyal customer for 8 years. Never once have I had an issue until now. My couches that I have leased from them have started to peel. Tried contacting manager for two months. Always was gone or not available. Finally was to get something from him by sending an email then nothing until I go into store. Says there is nothing they can do since manufacturer warranty has expired. Referred to contract: if they cannot fix or repair, they have to replace with equal or lesser value. Crickets again. Lawsuit is being started for breach of contract. Never buy here. Go to Atlanta rent a center instead.

I called days before to verify payment date (since it has been an ongoing issue) gentlemen in store assured me my payment was scheduled as we had discussed. GUESS WHAT! NOPE, DIDN'T WORK OUT THAT WAY! No one in the office seems to know what the other hand is doing. If they cannot fix the issue then say so, don't assure me it has been taken care of. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Too bad I have to give them one star.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
